Return and Refund Policy
At Muditam, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. The replaced/exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 business working days.
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at support@muditam.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Any failed transactions will be credited back to the source account within 5–7 business working days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please email us at support@muditam.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to exchange the product.
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you. All products are eligible for an exchange if the request is placed within 5 business days. The replaced/exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 business working days.
Exceptions:
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain items, including gift cards, personalized or customized items, and perishable goods. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used, unless there is a defect or damage to the item.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@muditam.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
Terms and Conditions – 30 Days Diabetes Freedom Challenge
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the “30 Days Diabetes Freedom Challenge” (the “Challenge”) offered by Muditam Ayurveda Private Limited (“Muditam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Challenge and purchasing the designated combo, you (“participant,” “customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms.
- Eligibility: The Challenge is open to individuals who are diabetes patients and are legally eligible to purchase and use the products provided in the combo.

- To be eligible for the 100% money-back guarantee, participants must purchase the designated combo as part of the Challenge.
- The money-back guarantee is contingent upon participants strictly adhering to the provided usage instructions and guidelines for the entire 30-day Challenge period.

Money-Back Claim Process:
- Participants seeking a money-back guarantee must submit documented evidence of their Challenge journey, demonstrating adherence to the usage instructions.
- Muditam reserves the right to assess the submitted documentation and decide, at its sole discretion, whether participants fulfilled the Challenge requirements.

Discretion of Money-Back Guarantee:
- Muditam has the sole authority to determine if a participant is eligible for the money-back guarantee based on the submitted evidence.
- Participants agree to accept Muditam’s decision as final and binding.
- Exclusions from Money-Back Guarantee: The guarantee will not apply in cases of non-compliance with provided usage instructions, insufficient documentation, pre-existing medical conditions affecting outcomes, Challenge duration less than 30 days, or failure to follow additional guidelines provided by Muditam.
- Limitation of Liability: Muditam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Challenge or product use.
- Challenge Nature and Results: The Challenge does not claim to manage, reverse, or cure diabetes. Participants may experience temporary improvements in sugar levels due to the nature of diabetes as a lifestyle disease.
- Compliance and Documentation: Participants must adhere to dietary, exercise, and supplement recommendations provided by Muditam for the Challenge. Blood test reports before and after the Challenge may be required; participants are responsible for associated expenses.
- No Cheat Days: Participants must commit to the Challenge without any cheat days during the 30-day period.
- Session Attendance: Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions, including consultations, exercise, yoga, and diet sessions.
- Modifications and Discontinuation: Muditam reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Challenge or its terms at its discretion.
- Health and Medical Advice: The Challenge and information provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before making health changes.
- Indemnification: Participants indemnify Muditam against claims arising from Challenge participation.
Terms and Conditions for Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility
- You must complete the initial full-body test and HbA1c test as scheduled at the start of the program.
- You must actively participate in the program for at least 3 months, including following customized diet plans, attending live or recorded fitness sessions, and consulting with your diabetes expert and doctors as prescribed.
- You must submit regular pictures of your blood sugar levels and your meals as recommended by your diabetes expert.
- You must attend all scheduled consultations with your diabetes expert and doctor.
- You must adhere to the personalized lifestyle and dietary recommendations provided by your diabetes expert.
- You must use all the prescribed supplements regularly as directed.
- You must attend all the scheduled live fitness sessions.
Guarantee Conditions
- If, after 3 months, you do not see a reduction of at least 1 unit in HbA1c levels, you may be eligible for a refund.
- If your blood sugar levels have not decreased by at least 50 mg/dL within 3 months, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, you must submit a request within 7 days after the end of your program.
- Your request must include copies of your initial and follow-up HbA1c test results, blood sugar level records, and proof of participation in fitness sessions and consultations.
- Upon receiving your request, our team will review your case to ensure all eligibility criteria and conditions have been met.
- If your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund of the program fee paid.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.
Exclusions
- No refund if you fail to comply with program requirements.
- No refund if you discontinue before 3 months.
- Guarantee does not cover lack of progress due to undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
General Terms
- We may modify or terminate the guarantee without notice.
- Our decision on disputes is final.
Money-Back Guarantee Policy
Eligibility
- The Money-Back Guarantee is available only for customers diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes who purchase and consume Muditam products directly from Muditam for a continuous period of at least 3–6 months, as prescribed by Muditam experts depending on the patient’s condition.
- Customers with the following conditions are not eligible:
- Type 1 diabetes
- Insulin-dependent patients
- Chronic liver disease
- Other serious or chronic medical conditions (renal failure, advanced heart disease, cancer, etc.)
- Full and accurate disclosure of medical history is mandatory. Failure to disclose any condition voids eligibility.
Mandatory Compliance for Guarantee
To qualify for a money-back claim, the Customer must:
- Consume all Muditam products prescribed for their condition consistently for the full recommended period (minimum 3–6 months) and strictly follow the dosage and schedule advised by Muditam experts.
- Adhere fully to personalized diet, lifestyle, and exercise modifications as recommended.
- Remain in regular touch with Muditam experts, attending scheduled follow-ups and consultations on time.
- Provide complete documentation, including:
- Regular sugar readings (glucometer reports),
- Before & after blood test reports (HbA1c, fasting sugar, etc.) at the customer’s cost,
- Diet and lifestyle logs, if requested.
- Ensure continuity and completeness of the prescribed regimen by:
- Not discontinuing or altering any prescribed medications (including insulin or other treatments) without disclosure to and written acknowledgment from Muditam;
- Not introducing outside supplements/medications without disclosure; and
- Accepting and consuming any additional Muditam products recommended by the expert during the journey, where such products are considered necessary for the treatment plan.
Results & Improvement Criteria
- Any improvement whatsoever—even small or temporary—including but not limited to:
- Reduction in HbA1c,
- Improvement in fasting/post-meal sugar levels,
- Weight management, digestion, sleep quality, energy, or other metabolic markers, shall be treated as “positive results,” and the Guarantee shall not apply.
- The Guarantee applies only if there is zero measurable improvement despite full compliance for the prescribed duration.
Exclusions
The Money-Back Guarantee shall not apply in the following cases:
- Failure to consume products for the full prescribed period (minimum 3–6 months, or as specifically advised by Muditam experts).
- Non-compliance with diet, lifestyle, or expert recommendations.
- Missed follow-ups or failure to stay connected with Muditam experts.
- Delay or failure in submitting required test reports/logs.
- Pre-existing, undisclosed, or newly developed chronic medical conditions (including but not limited to Type 1 Diabetes, chronic liver disease, kidney disorders, cancer, or other long-term illnesses) that could affect outcomes.
- Customers with long-standing diabetes (diagnosed for more than 10 years).
- Partial product usage, discontinued consumption, or skipped dosages.
- Refusal or failure to consume any additional Muditam products recommended by experts during the usage period, where such products are considered necessary for the treatment plan.
- Introduction of any new medication or supplement, or discontinuation/withdrawal of existing prescribed medication, without prior disclosure to and acknowledgment by Muditam experts.
In summary: If results are not achieved due to any reason related to the Customer’s actions, omissions, non-compliance, medical conditions, or failure to follow Muditam’s prescribed plan in full, the Guarantee shall not apply.
Claim Process
- Claims must be raised within 7 days of completing the 3–6 month prescribed period.
- Required submissions:
- Initial and final blood test reports,
- Glucometer readings/logs,
- Compliance proof.
- Claims without complete documentation will be rejected automatically.
Refund Decision
- All claims are reviewed by Muditam’s expert panel.
- Muditam’s decision shall be final and binding.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
Liability Disclaimer
- Muditam products are Ayurvedic nutraceuticals intended for wellness support. They do not guarantee reversal or permanent cure of diabetes.
Lack of results due to non-compliance, failure to follow expert guidance, or external lifestyle/medical factors is outside the scope of this Guarantee.
