Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at support@muditam.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges:

You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.

Exceptions:

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain items, including gift cards, personalized or customized items, and perishable goods. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used, unless there is a defect or damage to the item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@muditam.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
